Viking Runes Labradorite Flat Runestones Elder Futhark, Set of 25 Runestones
A truly mystical source of wisdom and guidance, Runes will allow you to divine the answers to your deepest questions. They can provide a lifetime of use for inspiration, decision-making, and spiritual blessings. Gemstones and crystals have a long history of being used in magick, rituals and spell casting. Because they come from deep within the earth, gemstones contain powerful energy that can be harnessed and focused to assist you in your divination workings.
Each rune set contains a total of 25 Labradorite polished gemstones that have been handmade and polished to bring out their natural beauty. Each set includes 24 carved runes and 1 blank rune (Odin), each rune is approximately 3/4" - 1" in size. Each rune is carved and engraved by hand, adorned with the runic symbols of the Elder Futhark, the oldest form of the runic alphabet.
Runic divination, often referred to as "runecasting", is not "fortune-telling". Runecasting works deeply with the subconscious mind. The rune pouch with its runic symbols represents the entire universe. As one poses a question, one's entire conscious and unconscious mind is focused toward that question so that the runes selected are not random selections, rather choices made by the subconscious mind.
About Labradorite - A sister to Moonstone, Labradorite links to the darker crone aspects of the goddess, and grants inner knowing of mystery. The stone enhances intuition and psychic perception and just like the cord-cutting crone aspect, it helps us to release judgments, and understand our ultimate destiny. Use it to bring light to the shadowed realms of the "self" and to connect with the power of the waning moon phase. When working with Labradorite, hold it in your hands and gaze into it's ethereal beauty. The stone can be cleansed with spring water. If it's surface becomes cloudy, it should be put in mineral water in placed in the sun for a few days to regenerate it. Each of these runestones are unique. Because of the handmade nature of the runes, expect natural flaws and natural stone fluctuations.
