Because of the nature of our handmade offerings, each and every item is crafted to order especially for you. My personal objective is to insure that each and every item that is crafted for you meets with my personal high expectations, essentially to insure your complete satisfaction.
At White Magick Alchemy all of our magical offerings are handmade to order honoring and harnessing the sacred cycles of old world pagan traditions. As well, around the pagan holidays we tend to get busier than normal. In most cases orders will be crafted and shipped with 7 to 14 business days, up to 21 business days for larger candle orders where multiple candles need to be handmade, charged and blessed. Usual ETA is 5 to 14 business days. White Magick Alchemy prides itself and is known for speedy delivery times for our handcrafted spiritual offerings.
USPS is chosen for expedited speedy and safe delivery to its destination. White Magick Alchemy is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments if tracking has been verified. No refunds will be made if your package is lost or stolen via any shipping method utilized. Tracking is available upon request in the event your order does not reach its destination within a timely manner, however we ask that you allow at least 5 days from the ship date to inquire about tracking. Insurance is not included and will not be automatically added to any shipment.
All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations. Exceptions may be made under special circumstances and a restocking fee may apply.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE - International orders are always welcome. Please be advised that import duties, taxes and charges may be incurred that are not included in the shipping cost. These fees vary from country to country. International orders take approximately 1 to 2 weeks for shipping from the US. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of your package after it has left our hands. The Postal Service has been known to hold packages in customs for International Shipments as well as Domestic Shipments for several weeks prior to reaching its final destination so keep that in mind should your order be delayed.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES - Please be sure that your shipping address matches your confirmed Paypal address and/or credit card billing address. Orders may be cancelled and refunded if your address is unable to be verified.
