Traditional witch's herbs and flowers that are optional include adding small amounts of lavender and calendula. Mugwort and elderberry are also optional but should be used with caution when taken internally. Mugwort and other herbs should not be taken when pregnant. Use these optional herbs at your own risk and research those herbs beforehand before incorporating them into your brews.
