Lovingly handmade mystical gifts for the witch and wizard are abound! Each formulation, a proprietary blending of ingredients from my own personal grimoire. We make no claims to treat or cure any type of illness or health condition with our products. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or are on medications, please check with your doctor before using any of our products as some herbs should not be used during pregnancy or if you have a medical condition. If you are unsure about any of the herbs here, please feel free to message beforehand and we can let you know if they are recommended during pregnancy or while breast feeding. But please do check with your doctor anyway to take extra precautions and be extra safe. 
 
Our products are sold as spiritual products and curios only. We make no claims or guarantees that these items will work for you. We are not responsible for the outcome of any spiritual practice or usage of any of our products. Our products are not a substitute for any physical, mental or legal help. They are sold as entertainment and curios only. All sales are final.
 
Our products are designed to be used by those who have an understanding of how magic works. Names/titles detailed descriptions, and suggested use of our products are contained within our product listings, but are not included with your items/package when shipped. Instructions are not included except for where specified within the listing. Upon placing your order, you will receive an itemized receipt via email automatically. Please refer back to your online or emailed receipt for further information regarding your order. All invoices and payment details are forwarded to you via email to best serve you. We do not provide receipts in your order. We do this to save our precious earths resources.
 
★ PLEASE READ: We hand make magickal candles, oils, kits and other magical offerings to assist you in your magical workings. We do not provide instructions or detailed information regarding our products as it is reasonably assumed that if you are purchasing an item, you know what it is and how to use it. We cannot give or offer specific instructions for the items you purchase as we do not know what your goals or practices are and there are dozens of ways to use magical items. I DO NOT provide "spells" to clients. Please use your own creativity, research, traditions, intuition to use these items in the best way for you. Detailed descriptions and suggestions for use can be found in the majority of our product listings for more information.
 
As per Government requirements, we are required to state that our ritual spell items are sold as curios only, offered for entertainment purposes only. We make no claims or guarantees to provide any specific abilities or results by using our products. All purchases made from White Magick Alchemy and use of these products are the responsibility of the buyer. We take no responsibility for use or misuse of our products and the buyer assumes all responsibility for the items once purchased.
 
PAYMENT
 
Please utilize Paypal upon checkout. Visa and Mastercard are also gladly accepted on our website. Please convo to make arrangements when using Visa and/or Mastercard in-house. There is a $6.00 fee for in-house credit card charges.

SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail or First Class Mail. We choose USPS Priority Mail for expedited, speedy and safe delivery to its destination in most cases. If you need your order expedited it can be arranged at an additional cost. All shipping prices include delivery confirmation if shipped Priority Mail, but do not include insurance. I suggest insuring all packages just in case something gets lost. Just email ahead of time and we will have to add insurance separately thru PayPal. The cost for insurance up to $500.00 will be an additional $4.60 charge. Please advise prior to placing your order or in Message to Seller upon checkout. 

White Magick Alchemy is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. No refunds will be made if your package is lost or stolen via any shipping method utilized.

Due to the nature of my handmade magickal items, each order is made to order especially for you. Please allow 7 to 21 business days for your order to be created. If you place a larger order, more time may be necessary to hand make and complete your order. This does not include shipping time or holidays. Orders are usually created and shipped within 1 week, but always allow 7 to 21 business days or more in rare cases.

White Magick Alchemy will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items shipped within the US or Internationally, through USPS (the common carrier used) or any other shipping method buyer requests, but are more than happy to add additional insurance at an additional cost. Shipments are not insured unless insurance is requested and paid by buyer in advance. If buyer requests insurance on purchase shipment, buyer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to recoup all losses. Do not assume insurance will be added to your shipment. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of your package after it has left our hands, the Postal Service has been known to hold packages in customs for International Shipments as well as Domestic Shipments for several weeks prior to reaching its destination. White Magick Alchemy is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or any shipping carrier, nor are we responsible for delays in customs.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of my handmade creations, all sales are final. Cancellations will be charged a minimum $15.00 fee. That fee may be increased up to 30% if we have already begun creating your handmade items. Credits must be used within 2 years. Any approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will not include the original shipping costs. Buyer is responsible to pay shipping costs for any approved returns. If you have a problem with your order regarding damages, please notify White Magick Alchemy within 3 business days of receipt of your order. All sales are final.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQS

Wholesale - White Magick Alchemy is no longer taking on any new wholesale accounts at this time. 

★ NOTE - Our candle wax varies from batch to batch so there will be variations in the mottling effect and variations in color from time to time. Charms, ribbons and adornments may vary if we are temporarily out of a specific adornment but every effort will be made to insure that your item arrives to you as pictured.

White Magick Alchemy does not guarantee the outcome of any ritual or spell with the use of our products. Remember, it is your intention that will cause the spell to work. Our products are only an aid in your spiritual work and are sold as entertainment curios only.

AUTHENTIC OLD WORLD MAGICK AND OLD WAYS WITCHCRAFT

All of our crafted candles, spell kits and other handmade magickal offerings for purchase here at White Magick Alchemy® are original designs/concepts that are very often copied/duplicated and replicated by other online sellers. White Magick Alchemy has been and continues to be the inspiration of many new comers to witchcraft and the handcrafted magickal offerings specialty market. Sadly, many of these new sellers have felt compelled to outright steal White Magick Alchemy's unique original designs, names, titles, product packaging, descriptions, our unique "old ways/old world" theme, business description(s), templates, fonts, right down to stealing my personal and business profiles, exploiting my old world/old ways magickal crafting techniques. In addition, they have mimicked our product staging, misappropriated and lifted parts of the White Magick Alchemy trademarked name, brand and products to cause confusion in the marketplace. What they don't understand is that for us, for our family, this is a "lifestyle", not a competition fueled by greed. We are here to share our magick with you. And we feel very honored and fortunate to be able to do so. There are a couple of terribly dishonest women out there, charlatans, who have created mimic shops of White Magick Alchemy that offer exact replicated knock-offs of White Magick Alchemy candles, kits, oils, and other magickal offerings. Realize that within this realm of spiritualism, this type behavior is not consistent with how a true witch would conduct herself. Know that when you purchase from White Magick Alchemy you are purchasing from the original witch, designer and crafter of these authentic old world/old ways handcrafted magickal items. In essence, magick for real witches. And I am very blessed to be able to share this journey with you.
